舒血宁在急性脑缺血治疗中的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑缺血的临床疗效。方法：将64例发病3 d以内的急性脑缺血患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组33例,对照组31例,两组患者均按急性脑缺血的常规综合治疗,治疗组加用舒血宁注射液,对照组加用依达拉奉注射液。观察指标为神经功能缺损评分。结果：两组患者神经功能缺损评分自第7天开始差异有显著意义,P〈0.05,14 d后神经功能缺损得分比较差异有极显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：两种脑神经保护剂在治疗急性脑缺血上均有较好的疗效,两者相比舒血宁注射液效果更明显。

Clinical Observation of Shuxuening Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Ischemia

Objective：Research Shuxuening for efficacy in patients with acute cerebral ischemia.Methods：64 patients with onset within 3 days of acute cerebral ischemia were randomly divided into treatment group（33 cases） and control group（31 cases）,according to two groups of patients with acute cerebral ischemia in the routine treatment,treatment group were treated by Shuxuening injection,the control group plus edaravone injection;Main outcome measures for the neurological deficit score.Results：The two groups of patients with neurological deficit scores from the first 7 days are different（P0.05）,14 days after the neurological deficit score are more highly significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：Both brain protective agent in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemia have a good effect.Shuxuening injection more pronounced
