摘    要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱测定苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,C18柱,流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75);流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210 nm。结果:苦杏仁苷在0.019 8-0.198 0 g/L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=1,平均回收率为97.68%(RSD=0.53%)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、专属性强,重复性好,可有效的控制苦杏仁的质量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for content determination of amygdalin in Semen Armeniacae Amarum.Methods:The scopoletin was performed on a column C18;Themobile phase was methanol-water(25:75);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the column temperature:30 ℃;the detective wavelength was 210 nm.Result:The linear range of scopoletin was from 0.019 8 mg/mL to 0.198 0 mg/mL.The average recovery was 97.68%(RSD=0.53%).Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable,strong specialization and good repeatability.The paper can effectively for the quality Semen meniacae Amarum.
