| 摘 要： | 目的：观察通脉胶囊对家兔血小板聚集的作用。方法：采用Born氏比浊法,观察通脉胶囊对家兔血小板聚集率的影响。结果：通脉胶囊能明显降低二磷酸腺苷（ADP）、花生四烯酸（AA）及胶原诱导的家兔血小板聚集率（P〈0.05）。结论：通脉胶囊具有抑制血小板聚集的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the action of Tongmai capsule on platelet aggregation of rabbits.Methods：Born＇s turbidimetric method was used to observe the Tongmai capsule＇s effect on platelet aggregation rate of rabbits and compared with the control group.Results：Tongmai capsule could significantly reduce adenosine diphosphate（ADP）,arachidonic acid（AA） and collagen-induced rabbit platelet aggregation（P0.05）.Conclusion：Tongmai capsule can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation of rabbits. |
