甲亢及甲减患者血浆心钠素变化和与甲状腺素及cGMP关系

重度甲亢组血浆心钠素浓度明显高于正常组,轻中度甲亢组、甲减组与正常组比较无显著差异,甲亢病人经治疗症状控制者较治疗前明显下降,症状未控制者较治疗前无明显改变,甲减病人治疗前后无明显改变。血浆cGMP浓度病人组与正常组比较及治疗前后皆无明显差异。未经治疗的甲亢病人心钠素与T_4、心率呈正相关,与cGMP无相关性。

CHANGE OF PLASMA NATRIURETIC PEPTIDE AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THYROID HORMONE AND cGMP IN HYPERTHYROIDISM AND HYPOTHYROIDISM

Plasma ANP concentration in 20 patients with severe hyperthy-roidism was significantly higher than that in normal subjects.No significantdifference in plasma ANP level was found in mild,moderate hyperthyroidismand hypothyroidism as compared with normal subjects.Symptoms controlledpatients showed significant decrease in ANP level while no significant changein ANP was noted in noncontrolled patients in hyperthyroidism.Change inANP level was insignificant between pre-and postadministrated in hypothy-roidism.Plasma cGMP concentration in patients and preadministration groupshowed no significant change as compared with normals and postadministra-tion group respectively.Positive correlation between ANP and T_4,HR butnot cGMP was found in 53 pretreated patients.Thus,thyroid hormonemight be a regulating factors of circulation ANP level.
