摘    要:实验采用离体工作状态兔心模型,比较研究温氧合血心停搏液连续灌注与低温冷晶体心停搏液间断灌注对心肌的保护作用。结果表明,温氧合血心停搏液能为停搏心肌提供氧与基质,保存和增加心肌能量储备,避免缺血/再灌注损伤,保持心肌组织结构完整,使复苏后心功能迅速恢复至停搏前水平,心肌保护效果明显优于冷晶体心停搏液间断灌注。

Abstract:The myocardial protection by continuous perfusion of warm oxygenated blood cardioplegic solution and by intermittent perfusion of cold crystalloid cardioplegic solution in isolated working rabbit hearts were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the warm oxygenated blood cardioplegic solution could provide the arrest myocardial cells with oxygen and substrates, preserve and increase the energy reserve in the myocardial cells, prevent the myocardial cells from ischemic/reperfusion injury, keep the myocardial cell ultrastructure intact, and help the cardiac function recover rapidly to the pre-arrest level. We come to the conclusion that the myocardial protection by continuous perfusion of warm oxygenated blood cardioplegic solution is more effective than by intermittent perfusion of cold crystalloid cardioplegic solution.
