| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的手术时机和处理方法。方法分析862例急性结石性胆囊炎行LC的临床资料。结果中转开腹31例,胆管损伤4例,术后出血1例,患者均治愈出院。结论急性结石性胆囊炎不是LC的绝对禁忌证。掌握适当时机、丰富的临床经验、熟练的镜下技巧是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operation time and method of laparosocopic cholecystectomy(LC) for acute calcolous cholecystitis.Methods A total of 862 cases of acute calcolous cholecystitis were analyzed.Results Among them,31 cases were converted to laparotomy,the bile duct in 4 cases was injured,bleeding occurred in 1 case after operation converted to laparotomy.All the patients were discharged from hospital after being cured.Conclusion Acute calcolous cholecystitis is not an absolute contraindication to laparoscopic operation.Appropriate operation time,rich clinical experience,and skills under laparoscope are the keys to the success of the operation. |
