摘    要:[目的]建立蚝水中山梨酸和苯甲酸灵敏的检测方法。[方法]采用乙醚提取蚝水中的山梨酸和苯甲酸和盐析净化的手段,除去蚝水中强紫外吸收物质对测定山梨酸和苯甲酸的干扰。[结果]最小检测限达到1mg/L,回收率分别为94.6%和93.2%。[结论]该提取方法简便、准确和灵敏。

Abstract:Sorbic Acid and benzoic Acid in oyster juice were extracted by ether and were measured by using HPLC. The strong UV absorbable substance in oyster juice was eliminated the minimun detectable concentration was Img/L, the average recovery was 94.6% and 93.2% respectively. The method was simple with good sensitivity.
