糖尿病与口腔疾病的相关性研究

糖尿病是一组以慢性血葡萄糖水平增高为特征的代谢疾病群，由于患者自身代谢紊乱可引起多系统多器官病变。口腔常见的并发症有牙周病、口腔白假丝酵母菌病、龋病等；其中牙周病被列为糖尿病的第6大并发症．严重时往往影响患者的生活质量。本文综述了糖尿病患者口腔健康状况．着重分析糖尿病与牙周病的相互关系；强调糖尿病患者口腔保健的重要性并为糖尿病患者口腔保健提供依据。

Review on Diabetes Mellitus and Oral Diseases

Diabetes mellitus is used to identify a group of disorders characterized by elevated levels of glucose in the blood. The metabolic disorders can cause a series of systemic diseases in patients with severe diabetes mcllitus. Oral common complications usually manifested as periodontal disease, oral candidiasis, dental caries, etc. The periodontal disease was classified as the sixth complications among diabetes patients, even affects the life quality of those patients. This review focus on the oral health status of patients with diabetes and emphasizes on the relationship of the diabetes and periodontal disease, and suggests that patients with diabetes the importance of oral health and oral health for patients with diabetes to provide a basis.
