异丙酚用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

目的 :观察异丙酚静脉推注用于人工流产术中的镇静、镇痛、遗忘作用 ,了解其不良反应。方法 :对 2 0 0 2年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 12月间 2 0 0例人工流产术患者静脉推注异丙酚 ,按推药速度随机分为两组。甲组 (n=95 )手术前 0 .5 min内将药夜推完 ,乙组 (n=10 5 )手术前 1min内将药液推完。结果 :异丙酚用于无痛人工流产术 ,患者达到 10 0 %无痛 ,术中无知晓 ,术后恢复快 ,可大大缓解受术妇女的紧张情绪 ,并发症和副反应少。结论 :采用慢速给药的方式对患者呼吸、循环影响小 ,较为安全

Clinical observation of indolence artifical abortion operation with diprivan

Objective:By observing the sedative, analgesia and amnesia effect of diprivan used in painless induced abortion to understand its adverse reaction. Methods:200 patients accepted induced abortion between Jan 2002 and Dec 2003 were administered diprivan i.v. According to the administer speed, they were divided into 2 groups randomly, that is, Group A with 95 cases, diprivan were administered in 0.5 min before operation; Group B with 105 cases, diprivan was administered in 1 min before operation.Results:Using diprivan in painless induced abortion, all patients have no pain, and they recover quickly after operation. Every patient's emotion was relaxed, and has less complication and adverse reaction.Conclusion: Slower administer is a safer method, which has little effect on patients' respiration and circulation.
