邢台市医疗单位介入放射防护状况调查

摘    要:目的了解邢台市医疗单位介入放射工作的防护状况,为保障介入放射工作者的健康和规范发展介入放射学,制定相应的防护管理措施提供依据。方法采用现场监测的方法,模拟介入放射手术条件,测定介入放射操作者的受照剂量。结果共测定11家医院,13台X射线机,介入放射手术操作人员左手和胸部受照剂量最高为980和735.3μGy/h,并且床上球管X射线机操作者操作各测试点受照剂量明显高于床下球管X射线机。结论应加强对从事介入放射工作人员的管理,增强防护意识,降低受照剂量,实现放射防护最优化。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the protection of interventional radiation, and provide evidence for protecting physical health of interventional radiological employees, Standardizing the development of interventional radiology and developing appropriate protective measures. Methods] Using on-site monitoring methods, under simulation of interventional radiology operation conditions, dose of interventional radiological operators were determined. Results] A total of 13 X-ray machines in 11 hospitals were determined. The highest radiated doses in left hand and chest of operators were 980 μGy/h and 735.3 μGy/h. Working beside on-bed X-ray tube, were discovered to receive more radiation than those working beside under-bed X-ray tube. Conclusion] It is necessary to improve the management for interventional radiological operators, and raise their awareness of self-protection and try to reduce the radiation dose and optimize the protection.
