Livin在原发性肝癌组织中的表达及与微血管密度的关系

目的研究原发性肝癌组织中Livin的表达及其与微血管密度（microvessel density,MVD）的关系,探讨它们之间及其与原发性肝癌临床病理特征的相互关系。方法用免疫组化SP法测定72例原发性肝癌组织及癌旁组织中Livin的表达水平及MVD。结果72例原发性肝癌组织中livin的阳性表达率（65.5%）和MVD计数均值（58.43±5.72）个/HP,明显高于癌旁组织中livin的阳性表达率（11.1%）及MVD计数均值（20.04±3.56）个/HP（P值均〈0.05）,原发性肝癌组织中livin表达评分与MVD之间存在正相关关系（P〈0.01）。结论livin和MVD的表达可能与原发性肝癌的发生、发展及血管生成密切相关。

Expression of livin and its relations with microvessel density (MVD) in primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) tissues

Objective To investigate expression of livin and its relations with microvessel density（MVD） in primary hepatic carcinoma（PHC） tissues,then explore their relationship with clinicopathological significance of primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method of SP was used for the survivn and MVD on the rountinely paraf-finembedded sections of primary hepatic carcinoma in 72 specimen and pericancerous tissues.Results The positive expression rates of livin and the scorings means of MVD in 72 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in pericancerous tissues（P〈0.05）.The expression of livin and MVD in primary hepaticcarcinoma tissues were closely positive correlated with the differentiated degree,whether or not metastasis tumor,the diameter of mass and cancerous emboli of the portal vein and hepatic vein（P〈0.05）.The closely positive correlations were found between the expressive coring means of livin and MVD（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The expression of livin and MVD maybe closely related to the carcinogenesis,progress and the angiogenesis of PHC.
