手转胎头术配合体位改变纠正持续性枕后位的临床研究

目的探讨手转胎头术配合体位改变纠正持续性枕后位的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2008年12月在我院住院分娩,采用手转胎头术旋转胎头配合体位改变纠正持续性枕后位102例的临床资料。结果102例中转位成功87例,失败15例,成功率85.3%。无胎儿头皮损伤及颅内出血;无胎盘早剥、脐带脱垂及软产道损伤等并发症。结论手转胎头术配合体位改变纠正持续性枕后位是降低头位难产发生率的有效措施。

Clinical study of associated manual rotation of fetal head with postural change on the modification of persistent occiput posterior position

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manual rotation of fetal head associated with postural change on the modification of persistent occiput posterior position.Methods 102 patients who delivered by manual rotation of fetal head associated with postural change to adjust persistent occiput posterior position between 2007.01 and 2008.12 in our hospital were retrospective analysed.Results 87 of the 102 patients succeeded and 15 patients failed in the modification. The achievement ratio was 85.3%. None of fetuses had the＇following complications, including scalp injury,intracranial hemorrhage, placental abruption, prolapse of umbilical cord and laceration of the lower genital tract.Conclusion Manual rotation of fetal head with postural change on the modification of persistent occiput posterior position is considered as an effective method to degrade the rate of dystocia result from fetal head position.
