镇江市1138例老年人缺牙及修复情况的调查分析

目的　了解老年人缺牙及修复情况。方法　对镇江市 1138例 6 0岁以上老年人进行口腔检查 ,从牙列缺损、牙列缺失及修复情况三方面进行统计分析。结果　受检者中有 10 5 8例存在缺牙 ,其中 10 7例全口无牙 ;失牙均数女性 (16 0 7)高于男性 (12 6 8) ;缺牙随年龄的增加而增加 ;第一磨牙缺失最多 ,尖牙缺失最少 ;牙列缺失的修复率高于牙列缺损的修复率 ,不合格的修复体占较大比重。结论　缺牙在老年人中有相当高的发病率 ,老年人缺牙有其自身规律。?

An Investigation and Analysis of the Lost and Restored Teeth of 1 138 Elders in Zhenjiang City

Objective To investigate the status of lost teeth and their restorations of the elders. Methods 1*!138 cases of the elders over 60 in Zhenjiang were examined and statistically analyzed about the dentition incompletion, dentition deletion and their restorations. Results Of all the cases, various lost teeth were found in 1058 cases, among which 107 cases were edentulous. The mean lost teeth (16 07)in female uas higher than that (12 69)in male. The older the age, the more the lost teeth. Of all the teeth, the first molar was lost the most, while the canine the least. It also seemed that the incidences of restorations of dentition deletions were higher than those of dentition incompletions, but most dentures didn′t reach the standard. Conclusion Among the aged, lost teeth were very common and had their own regularity.
