摘    要:血液透析是终末期肾病患者的主要替代疗法。透析膜是透析器的主要构成部分,透析膜的理化特性决定着透析效果,透析膜的生物相容性直接关系到血液透析患者的生活质量与生存率。随着医学与相关学科技术的发展,透析膜的透析效果、生物相容性逐步提高,血液透析膜的发展已有了长足的进步,但目前的肾替代治疗仍是不完全的,也是非生理性的。如何进一步提供更完全的肾替代治疗,进一步改善肾衰竭患者的远期预后,还有待进一步的深入研究。

Abstract:Hemodialysis is a main substitutive therapy for nephrosis patients at terminal stage. Dialysis membrane is the chief component of dialyzer, the physicochemical properties of dialysis membrane determine the dialysis and its biocompatibility has a direct impact on the life quality and survival rate of hemodialysis patients. With the development of medicine and related techniques, the dialysis effect and biocompatibility of dialysis membrane are gradually increased, and hemodialysis membrane has achieved a great advancement. However, the substitutive therapy for nephrosis patients is incomplete and non-physiological. How to provide a complete substitutive therapy and improve the long-term prognosis of renal failure patients deserve further studies.
