| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎的护理要点。方法回顾性总结51例重症急性胰腺炎非手术治疗观察和护理情况。结果好转治愈49例，转院2例。结论建立有效循环通道、抑制胰腺分泌、防治感染是治疗重症急性胰腺炎关键；严密观察病情，认真、细心、完善地作好心理护理、疼痛和体位护理、胃肠减压护理、饮食等护理是患者顺利康复的保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the main points of nursing for the severe acute pancreatitis. Methods The observation and nursing data of non-surgical treatment of 51 patients with the severe acute pancreatitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results 49 cases were cured and improved,and 2 cases were transferred. Conclusion It is key for to establish effective cycling channels,inhibit pancreatic secretion and protect infection.
