| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈动脉狭窄支架植入术围手术期护理的相关问题。方法对50例颈动脉狭窄患者进行术前有效的心理疏导、术前准备、术中配合、术后的观察护理及健康指导。结果针对颈动脉支架植入术围手术期的相关问题给予及时正确的处理,患者均安全度过围手术期,手术均获得成功。结论认真做好围手术期各阶段的护理是减少手术并发症和提高手术成功率的关键。对颈动脉支架植入术中出现的脑动脉痉挛、支架植入后颈动脉窦刺激所发生的即刻或迟发性血压和心率下降、术后拔鞘压迫股动脉出现的强烈迷走反射及股动脉穿刺点发生的假性动脉瘤应列为介入围手术期护理的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective The perioperative nursing in carotid angioplasty and stenting was investigated.Methods Fifty cases with carotid stenosis were given effective psychogenic leading before operation,good cooperation in operation and best nurs- ing after operation.Results All cases survived during perioperative.Conclusion Best nursing during perioperative of the ca- rotid angioplasty and stenting can improve success rate of carotid angioplasty and stenting and reduce operative complication. |
