| 摘 要： | 目的：研究老年2型糖尿病患者骨密度及血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b水平的变化，为糖尿病性骨质疏松的临床研究提供参数．方法：采用单能定量CT（QCT）对53例老年2型糖尿病患者及40例健康老年人进行脊柱骨密度（BMD）测定，并测量所有受试者抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b（TRACP-5b）的活性．结果：老年2型糖尿病患者脊柱BMD均值显著低于对照组（74．75±22．70）mg／cm^3 vs （88．04±28．29）mg／cm^3，P〈0．05]；老年2型糖尿病组TRACP-5b显著低于对照组（2．89±0．75）U／L vs （3．30±0．79）U／L，P〈0．05]，且与T2DM患者脊柱BMD均值显著负相关（r=-0．698，P〈0．05）．结论：老年2型糖尿病患者存在不同程度骨密度下降，且骨吸收功能降低．TRACP-5b是反映骨吸收率的较好的标志物．
