摘    要:目的:探讨染色体异常及变异与不良生育史的关系。方法:对深圳地区1657例因不良生育史就诊者取外周血,常规培养,制片后G显带行染色体核型分析。结果:发现染色体异常核型54例,异常发生率为3.26%,染色体多态变异核型63例.变异发生率为3.80%。染色体异常率在不良生育史群体中高于一般群体(0.5%~1%)。结论:染色体异常是导致不良生育史的重要原因之一。染色体多态也与不良生育有关。

Abstract:Objective: To research for the relation between an abnormal history of reproduction and chromosal abnormality or cromosome polymorphisms. Method: Chromosome G-banding was performed to determine the karyotype of 1657 patients with an abnormal reproductive history from ShenZhen area. Results: Among them, 54 cases (3.26%) showed chromosomal abnormalities, and 63 cases (3.80%) had cromosome polymorphisms. Their chromosome abnormality frequency is higher than normal population(0.5%~1%). Conclusion: Chromosome abnormality is one of important causes for abnormal reproduction. Chromosome polymorphism also involve in abnormal reproduction.
