| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗下肢血管性溃疡的药理学作用。方法：2001年1月～2004年1月期间，对采用MEBO治疗的14例17处下肢血管性溃疡的临床治疗过程进行全面观察。结果：17处溃疡创面全部治愈，同时观察到创面的再生修复过程及其规律性。结论：美宝湿润烧伤膏促进下肢血管性溃疡愈合是MEBO综合药理学作用治疗的结果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the pharmacological effect of MEBO in treating lower limb vascular ulcer. Method: During the period from Jan. 2001 to Jan. 2004, we treated 14 cases of lower limb ulcer involving 17 wounds with MEBO and observed the whole treating course. Result: All the 17 wounds were cured. The whole course of the regenerative repair of the wounds and the law of the repair were made clear. Conclusion: MEBO promotes the healing of lower limb vascular ulcer is due to its comprehensive pharmacological effects. |
