大四男生色情浏览现状调查及其与抑郁-焦虑-压力相关研究

目的 对重庆市大四男生色情浏览现况进行调查并探讨其与心理负性情绪的相关关系.方法 对参与重庆市男性大学生生殖健康调查队列的男性大学生进行随访.582名大四男生完成了人口基本信息问卷、色情信息浏览问卷和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表.结果 99.9%大四男生都接触过色情信息;32.2%大四男生已有成瘾倾向.大四男生中负性情绪的分布与色情接触时间,观看频率、时长,浏览成瘾存在显著正相关.小学、初中、高中、大学开始接触色情信息者抑郁率分别为11.7%、7.1%、4.9%和5.9%(χ2=22.343,P<0.01);色情浏览频率<1次/周和≥3次/周的男性大学生抑郁率分别为2.8%和14.6%(χ2=18.199,P<0.01).校正体育活动与睡眠质量后,男性大学生色情浏览频率仍与其抑郁-焦虑-压力得分呈正相关.结论 重庆市男性大四男生色情信息浏览是一种普遍行为,且观看频率越高,心理负性情绪的比例越高.

Current situation of pornography use in senior college male students and its correlation with their depression-anxiety-pressure

Objective To investigate the current situation of pornography use among male seniors from Chongqing colleges and universities, and to analyze the correlation of pornography use with negative emotions.Methods A second follow-up survey was conducted on a cohort of the male reproductive health in Chongqing college students (MARHCS) in 2013.They were 582 senior male students from 10 colleges and universities in Chongqing, and completed the basic information questionnaire in the first survey.Self-designed pornography use questionnaire, depression-anxiety-stress scale (DASS) survey and other questionnaires were employed to survey the students.Results In the cohort, 99.98% students had exposed to pornographic information, and 32.2% of them had a tendency to addiction.The distribution of negative emotions in the senior students was positively correlated with pornography exposure time, frequency of use, duration and addiction.The ratio of depression in the subjects who began to contact pornography at primary school, junior middle school, high school and university was 11.7%, 7.1%, 4.9% and 5.9% respectively (Chi-sqaure=22.343, P<0.001).The ratio of depression was 2.8% in the subjects who used pornography less than 1 time/week, and was 14.6% in those with a frequency of more than 3 times/week (Chi-sqaure=18.199, P<0.001).After adjustment with physical activity and sleep quality, the frequency of pornography use was still positively correlated with the scores of depression, anxiety and stress.Conclusion Pornography use is a common behavior in the senior male students in Chongqing.The more frequently they use, the higher ratios of negative emotions they have.
