HPV阳性患者心理应激特点及其与情绪体验和社会支持的关系

目的 分析HPV阳性患者的心理应激特点及其与情绪体验和社会支持的关系.方法 采用正负性情绪量表(positive and negative affect scale,PANAS)、心理应激自评问卷(psychological stress self-evaluation test,PSET)和领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)对101名HPV阳性患者进行调查.结果 ①HPV阳性患者应激水平低于50分者52人(占51.49％),轻度应激(50～60分)30人(占29.70％),中度应激(＞60 ～ 69分)16人(占15.84％),重度应激(＞69分)3人(占2.97％);②HPV阳性患者的心理应激症状主要表现在睡眠不好(89.1％)、紧张烦躁(90.1％)、易惊跳(53.5％)、警觉性增加(87.1％)、身心疲惫(75.2％)、易激惹(76.5％)、过度兴奋(57.4％)、灾难场景闪回(64.4％)等;③HPV阳性患者心理应激水平与其积极情绪呈负相关(r=-0.464,P＜0.01),与消极情绪呈正相关(r =0.560,P＜0.01);且与领悟社会支持程度呈负相关(r=-0.225,P＜0.05);④逐步回归分析的结果提示:负性情绪、正性情绪可以有效预测心理应激水平,总解释率为39.5％.结论 近一半的HPV阳性患者均有不同程度的心理应激反应,且心理应激水平与其积极情绪、消极情绪和领悟社会支持程度具有相关性.

Psychological stress in HPV-positive patients and its relationship with emotion experience and social support

Objective To analyze the characteristics of psychological stress in the patients with HPV infection,and explore its relationships with emotion experience and social support.Methods Positive and negative affect scale(PANAS),psychological stress self-evaluation test(PSET),and perceived social support scale (PSSS) were applied to survey 101 patients infected with HPV.Results ①As for the stress level of the subjects,there were 52 subjects (51.49％) in non-stress level (＜50 points),30 (29.70％) in mild stress (50～60 points),16 (15.84％) in moderate stress (＞ 60 ～ 69 points),and 3 (2.97％) in severe stress (＞ 69 points).②The psychological stress of the patients mainly manifested as sleep deprivation (89.1％),nervous irritability (90.1％),easy to startle(53.5％),increased alertness (87.1％),mental and physical fatigue (75.2％),easy to be offended (76.5％),superexcitation(57.4％),and flashback of disaster scene (64.4％),etc.③The stress level of the patients was negatively correlated with positive emotion (r =-0.464,P ＜ 0.01) and social support level (r =-0.225,P ＜ 0.05),and positively correlated with negative emotion(r =0.560,P ＜ 0.01).④Stepwise regression analysis indicated that negative and positive emotion were important predictors for psychological stress,and explained 39.5％ variance of psychological stress.Conclusion There are nearly a half of HPV-positive patients suffering from psychological stress reaction in different degrees.Its level is significantly correlated with positive emotion,negative emotion,and social support level.
