考试应激对高中生心理健康水平的影响

目的 探讨考试应激对高中生心理健康水平的影响。方法 分别于学期刚开始时和期末考试的第一天应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对河北省某重点中学高一和高二年级的501名学生进行测评，比较两次测评结果。结果 被试的平均总分超过160分的筛选阳性标准。总体考试当天的SCL-90总分显著高于平时（P〈0．01），其中考试当天的焦虑、抑郁、偏执、强迫、恐怖、其他因子分显著高于平时（P〈0．01）。男生、理科生与总体结果相近，女生、文科生两次施测的SCL-90总分差异不明显（P〉0．05）。结论 高中生的心理健康状况不佳，尤以考试期间明显。考试应激对高中生心理的影响主要表现在焦虑、抑郁、偏执、强迫、恐怖、睡眠和饮食方面。

Study on the effect of test stress on mental health in senior high school students

Objective To explore the effect of test stress on mental health in senior high school students.Methods 501 senior high school students of grade one and grade two were investigated twice by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) in a senior high school in Hebei Province,one was implemented at the beginning of the term,another was actualized at the first day of final test interval.Results The average of total score of the testees was over the screening criterion which is 160.The total score tested at the interval of final test was significantly higher than that at peacetime((P<0.01).) The factor of anxiety,depression,paranoid ideation,obsessive-compulsive,photic anxiety or additional items was also significantly different between two results,which was higher at the interval of final test than at peacetime(P<0.01).The results of boys and science students were similar to those of the population.But the total score of two results didn't show significant difference in girls and arts students(P>0.05). Conclusion There are lots of psychological symptoms in senior high school students,especially at the interval of test.The effect of test stress on mental health consist in anxiety,depression,paranoid ideation,obsessive-compulsive,photic anxiety,sleep and diet.
