孕期健康教育对孕产妇死亡率的影响

目的 :通过孕期健康教育 ,降低南宁市孕产妇死亡率。方法 :自 2 0 0 0年 1～ 9月在南宁市各医院建卡做产前检查并住院分娩的孕产妇 46 35例 ,通过在孕期进行孕期健康教育后 ,与 1999年各项保健指标进行比较 ,以评价孕期健康教育结果。结果 :2 0 0 0年住院分娩率达 99.16 % ,孕产妇保健系统管理率亦明显增高 ,由 90 .32 %上升到92 .41% ,尤其是高危妊娠得到更好的管理 ,使高危孕妇住院分娩率达到 10 0 % ,孕产妇死亡率由 1999年的 33.94/ 10万降至 0 ,取得了很好的效果。结论 :对孕产妇进行孕期健康教育 ,可以提高孕产妇的自我保健意识 ,有利于降低孕产妇及围生儿死亡率。

Influence of pregnant health education on the mortality of the pregnant and lying-in women

Objective: To reduce the mortality of the pregnant and lying-in women in Nanning City by pregnant health education. Methods: 4 635 pregnant and lying-in women who set-up the record card and accepted antenatal examination and had delivery at hospital in Nanning hospitals from Jan. to Sep. of 2000 were studied. After accepting the pregnant health education, the health care indexes of these women were compared with those of 1999 to evaluate the results of pregnant health education. Results: The rate of delivery at hospital was 99.16% in 2000, the management rate of pregnant and lying-in women health care system increased significantly from 90.32% to 92.41%. In especial, high-risk pregnant was managed well, the rate of delivery at hospital of the high-risk pregnant women reached 100%, the mortality of pregnant and lying-in women reduced from 33.94/100000 of 1999 to 0. Conclusions: It could raise the self-care consciousness of the pregnant and lying-in women by the pregnant health education. It is in favor of reducing the mortality of pregnant and lying-in women and fetus.
