摘    要:弓形虫排泄/分泌抗原(ESA)是虫体在黏附、侵入宿主细胞及在纳虫泡中寄生过程中分泌、排泄的抗原物质。近期的研究主要通过体外培养法获取ESA,并对其进行分子生物学及免疫学特性研究。ESA中的多种成分具有较强的免疫原性,可诱导细胞及体液免疫应答并产生抗弓形虫感染的保护作用。研究ESA的免疫保护作用对揭示弓形虫带虫免疫及免疫逃避机制有重要意义,对弓形虫病的诊断及免疫预防、疫苗候选抗原的制备具有重要价值。

Abstract:Toxoplasma gondii excreted/secreted antigens(ESA)are released during the host-cell adhesion and invasion and during the parasitism in parasitophorous vacuole. In recent researches, the ESA were prepared mainly by culture of Toxoplasma gondii in vitro, and the molecular biological and immunological characteristics of ESA were studied. Many components of ESA have potent immunogenicity, and induce protective cell-mediated and humoral immune responses. Study of the immunological protection of ESA is necessary for revealing the mechanism of premunition and immune evasion, and valuable for the diagnosis and immunoprophylaxis of toxoplasmosis and preparation of candidate vaccine antigens.
