| 摘 要： | 用A-549细胞首次从湖南疫区流行性出血热(EHF)病人血中分离出两株病毒(湖南株79和湖南株103),其中湖南株79经鉴定为EHF病毒,类似野鼠型,但其抗原性不同于我国已分出的病毒株,有其抗原特异性,可能是一株新的EHF 病毒株。

| Abstract: | Two strains of epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus(EHF Hunan 79 and Hunan 103) were isolated from whole blood of the patients with acute EHF by direct inoculation of A-549 cells. EHF Hunan strain 79 was proved to be EHF virus with appraisal of physical, chemical characterization and antigenicity. The antigenic analysis of the strain Hunan 79 showed that it was very similar to be apodemus rat type, but its antigenicity was different from those formerly found in our country. This was the first time to isolate the pathogenic agent of EHF in Hunan and it has provided important information about the manifold antigenicity of EHF virus. It indicates that an active and effective vaccine might be afforded by this new strain of EHF virus. |
