中药火绒草化学成分的研究(Ⅱ)

摘    要:目的对中药火绒草进行化学成分的分离、鉴定。方法应用反复硅胶柱色谱、薄层制备色谱、葡聚糖凝胶等色谱技术分离纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从火绒草中分离得到了5个化合物,分别为小檗碱(1),胡萝卜苷(2),β谷甾醇(3)香草酸(4)以及咖啡酸(5)。结论化合物1、2首次从火绒草植物中分离得到,化合物1首次从火绒草属中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Leontopodium leontopodioid (wild.) Beauv. Methods The constituents were isolated on silica gel column chromatography, preparative TLC and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, identified by physicochemical properties and the sturctures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as berberin (1), daucosterol (2), β-sitosterol (3), vanillic acid (4) and caffeic acid (5). Conclusion Compound 1 and 2 were isolated from Leontopodium leontopodioid for the first time, while compound I was isolated from Leontopodium for the first time.
