历史血吸虫病患者肝纤维化B超检测

目的　了解历史血吸虫病患者肝纤维化状况,为防治工作提供依据。方法　从历史血吸虫病患者治疗名册统计患者治疗年份、次数及药物,B超检查患者肝纤维化状况,按TDR推荐的方案进行肝纤维化分级,用χ2作显著性检验。结果　历史血吸虫病患者随着年龄增长肝纤维化的严重程度增加,肝纤维化的程度有随治疗次数增多而呈严重趋势,距末次治疗年数延长肝纤维化的严重程度也增加,肝纤维化的级别分布与各种治疗药物的疗效有关。以上结果经χ2检验差异均有非常显著性(P<0 .0 1)。结论　历史血吸虫病患者肝纤维化程度与患者年龄、治疗次数、距末次治疗年数及治疗药物等有关。

Analysis of Type-B ultrasonic of hepatic fibrosis for historical schistosomiasis patients

Objective To understand the sta tus of hepatic fibrosis for historical schistosomiasis patients, so as to provid e basics for schistosomiasis control. Methods T he data were collected for therapeutic year, times and drugs from the list of hi storical schistosomiasis patients. Type-B ultrasonic was used to examine the st a tus of hepatic fibrosis and the hepatic fibrosis was classified to different gra des according to the project recommended by TDR. RC Chi-square test was used for a nalysis simultaneously. Results The degree of h ep atic fibrosis increased along with age, therapeutic times and last therapeutic t ime, the grade of hepatic fibrosis was correlated with the curative effect of e ach drug. There was a high significant difference among different ages, therapeu tic times, last therapeutic year and drug(P<0 .01). Conclusion The degree of hepatic fibrosis is correlated with different ag es, therapeutic times, last therapeutic year and drugs for historical schistosom iasis patients.
