直肠上段癌及乙状结肠癌切除肠肌鞘外套式吻合术

介绍一种对直肠上段癌、乙状结肠癌切除术后环形切开近端或远端肠浆肌层、推剥切除6cm以上粘膜，再行肠端端全层浆肌鞘外套式吻合术．1987年2月至1996年7月共施行此术74例，男36例，女38例。其中直肠上段癌35例，直乙交界处癌3例，乙状结肠癌32例，降结肠癌4例。全梗阻者17例，不全梗阻者40例，无梗阻症状者17例．无吻合口瘘、狭窄和感染等并发症。

INVAGINATION ANASTOMOSIS WITH INTESTINAL MUSCULAR SHEATH AFTER RESECTION OF UPPER RECTAL CARCINOMA AND CARCINOMA OF SIGMOID COLON

This paper introduced a new surgical method for the resection of the upper rectalcarcinoma and carcinoma of sigmoid colon. After circular incision of the seromuscular layer of theintestine and the removal of about 6 cm mucosa, end to end invagination anastomosis with awhole layer seromuscular sheath was performed. 74 such operations had been done from february1987 to July 1996, including 36 male and 38 female patients. Among these patients, there wereupper rectal carcinoma (35 cases), carcinoma in the boundary between the rectum and sigmoidcolon (3 cases), carcinoma of sigmoid colon (32 cases) and carcinoma of colon decendens (4cases). Also, complete intestinal obstruction occurred in 17 cases, incomplete intestinal obstruc-tion in 40 cases,and 17 cases were without any obstruction. Result: no complications such as anas-tomotic leakage, stricture or infection occurred in all cases.
