摘    要:电刺激大鼠下丘脑弓状核具有明显的镇痛效应,侧脑室或下丘脑弓状核注射微量抗神经降压素血清可显著对抗这种效应。结果表明,下丘脑弓状核区的神经降压素参与刺激该区引起的镇痛作用。

Abstract:This study found that analgesic effect was produced by electrical stimulation of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARC) in rat. This analgesic effect was antagonized by ventriculus lateralis cerebri or ARC microin- jection of anti-neurotensin serum, but not by normal rabbit serum. These results suggest that the antinociceptive effects induced by electrical stimulation of ARC is mediated, at least partly, by neurotensin in the rat.
