| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨β-七叶皂苷钠在骨科中的应用。方法：将患者分为A、B两组，A组50例，四肢骨折术后使用β-七叶皂苷钠；B组50例，四肢骨折术后使用小剂量的甘露醇。观察两组术后2周时患肢肿胀消退情况。结果：A组效果明显，皮肤均出现肿胀消退后的褶皱，B组仍然比较肿胀，褶皱出现不明显，皮肤肌肉张力高，而且有部分不良反应。结论：β-七叶皂苷钠在骨科手术后消肿效果确切。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the β-sodium aescine in the Orthopedics. Methods： One hundred cases of four limbs bone fracture were randomly divided into two groups：A team（treatment group,50 cases） with sodium aescine, while B team （control group, 50 cases） with the treatment by mannitol only.The variation of the subsidence of body swelling and effective rate in two groups were observed respectively in 2 weeks.Results： The effect of subsidence of A team were obvious, all cases had the fold after body swelling retrogress.But B team cases were not obvious and remain swelling ,moreover, there were higher skin tensity and bad response.Conclusion：Sodium aescine is more effective than only mannitol. |
