重庆西站铁路列检所215名工人乙型肝炎抗原抗体系统检测结果分析

目的　调查乙型肝炎在铁路工人人群中的流行分布情况 ,提出防治对策。方法　用ELISA法对重庆西站铁路地区 2 15名工人进行乙型肝炎抗原抗体检测 ,计算并分析其阳性率。结果　HBsAg、HBeAg、抗 HBc、抗 HBe、抗 HBs阳性率分别 12 .0 9%、1.86%、15.3 5%、11.16%、56.2 8%。HBsAg阳性者中 ,“小三阳”和“大三阳”分别占 3 8.46%和 11.54%。HBsAg阳性者中有 15.3 9%的人HBeAg同时呈现阳性。在HBsAg阴性者中 ,产生抗 HBs的占 64.0 2 %。各年龄组HBsAg阳性率差异无显著性。男性HBsAg阳性率为 13 .40 %。结论　该人群HBsAg阳性者中约 15%具有较强传染性 ;HBsAg阴性者中 ,约 1/3的人未检出保护性的抗 HBs。应根据检测结果 ,对该人群采取乙肝疫苗注射、肝功能检查和临床观察治疗等措施

Analysis on the detecting result of antigen-antibody system of hepatitis B in population of 215 railway workers in west Chongqing railway station

ObjectiveTo survey epidemic and distribution of he patitis B in population of 215 railway workers. MethodAntigen-antibody system of hepatitis B of 215 workers in the district of Chongqing West Railway Station were determined by ELISA and analyzed the positive rate.Results Positive proportion of HBsAg (HBeAg,Anti-HBc,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBs) was 12.09% (1.86%,15.35%,11.16%,56.28% ).Among positive population of HBsAg,positive proportion of HBeAg was 15.39%.Among negative population of HBsAg,positive p roportion of Anti-HBs was 64.02%.Male positive proportion of HBsAg was 13.4 0% . ConclusionFifteen percent of the total positive population o f HBsAg is in communicable period.1/3 of the total negative population of HBsAg is dete cted no anti-HBs.According to the results,vaccination,liver function detect ing,clinical observation and treatment should be necessary for this population.
