摘    要:我国医学生的人文素质教育长期受医学教育重专业轻人文的教育模式的影响,一直徘徊于低谷,使医学生人文素质落后于时代发展的步伐。为适应医学科学的迅猛发展和新医学模式的建立,加强医学生人文素质教育已成为医学发展的必然和需要。本文从不同角度和层面,论述了医学教育中加强人文素质教育的必要性,分析了目前国内外医学教育中人文素质教育的现状,探讨了在医学教育中加强人文素质教育的对策,为医学生人文素质教育工作的开展提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Humanistic education to medical students in China has been influenced by the educational mode that pays more attention to specialties than to humanities; therefore, the humanistic diathesis of medical students lags behind the development of our times. In order to adapt to the rapid development of medical science and the establishment of new medical mode, it is imperative to strengthen humanistic education to medical students. This article discusses the necessity of enhancing humanistic education in medical education, analyzes its status quo at home and abroad, and explores measures to enhance it, which will provide some theoretical basis for conducting humanistic education for medical students in China.
