| 摘 要： | The cytoprotective effect of PGE_2 on pancreatic islet B cells both in vivo and in vitro was studied. The results indicated that PGE_2 possesses significant protective effect on B cells. The increase of cAMP level, the prevention of Ca~(2+) accumulation, and the stimulation of DNA synthesis might be involved in the mechanisms of the protective effect of PGE_2. |
