临床护理路径在骨损伤中的应用分析

目的评价临床护理路径在骨折手术患者中的实施效果。方法通过制订临床护理路径，将60例骨科手术患者分为治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组采用传统护理方法，治疗组采用临床护理路径对患者进行护理。结果治疗组的满意率明显高于对照组沪〈0．05），具有显著性差异。治疗组的临床愈合率在相同医疗时间内较对照组有明显的提高，两组间存在差异俨〈0．05）。结论针对性、有计划的临床护理路径，能充分调动患者的主观能动性，提高了患者满意度，经分析，患者、护士及护理管理者三方均受益。

Clinical Nursing Path in Application of Bone Injury

Objective To evaluate the resultsofclinical nursing path in application of patients with fractures. Methods 60 cases of orthopedic surgery patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. Patients in the control group were nursed with traditional health care methods, while patients in the treatment group were nursed with clinical nursing paths. Results The treatment group had significantly higher rate of satisfaction with a significant difference（P 〈0.05）. The healing rate in the clinical treatment group at the same period of time of medical nursing improved more significantly than that in the control group with a difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The purposeful, planned clinical nursing path can be able to fully mobilize the initiative of patients with improved patient satisfaction, which has benefited patients, nurses and nursing managers.
