小学生蛲虫感染与遗尿的相关性研究

目的 探讨小学生蛲虫感染与遗尿的相关性。方法 采用透明胶纸法检查蛲虫感染，采用问卷调查方式了解有无遗尿现象以及每周遗尿次数等情况，并与正常人比较遗尿的发生率。结果 蛲虫感染者和正常小学生，其遗尿的发生率分别为4．71％和1．78％，两者之间有显著性差异。结论 有蛲虫感染的小学生其遗尿的发生率明显高于正常小学生，因此，对原因不明的遗尿者，应检查是否有蛲虫感染。

Study on Relationship between the Enterobius Vermicularis Infection and Enuresis among Schoolchildren

Objective To study the relationship between the Enterobius vermicularis infection (EVI) and enuresis among schoolchildren to provide clue for preventing and treating enterobiasis.Methods Perianal adhesion method was using to examine the EVI,and the status about enuresis was known through inuestigation with questinnaires.And then compare the incidens of enuresis amogn the children with or without EVI.Results Among the children with EVI the incidence of enuresis was 4.71% while among those without this infection was only 1.78%(P<0.01) and showed an apparent statistic difference.Conclusion The children with EVI are more likely to suffer from enuresis than normal chilchren.Therefor,those patients who have enuresis without clear reasons should be examined whether they are infected Enterobius vermicularis or not.
