血凝酶注射液在胃癌根治术中止血作用效果观察

目的观察注射用血凝酶（巴曲亭）在胃癌根治术止血效果.方法回顾性分析胃癌根治术病人60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用血凝酶,术前30min静脉推注2U,术后3d连续给予血凝酶2U（iv和im各1U）;对照组不用血凝酶.记录术中出血量,术后3d腹腔渗血总量,切口单位面积出血量,切口止血时间,同时观察血凝酶对凝血功能的影响.结果血凝酶组病人在切口止血时间、出血量、腹腔渗血量、术中出血量均少于对照组,而两组术前术后凝血功能无明显差异.结论血凝酶注射液在胃癌根治术中能明显减少术中、术后出血,具有明显的止血效果,安全可靠,同时对正常的凝血功能影响较小.

Hemostatic Effect of Hemocoagulase in Radical Operation for Gastric Cancer

Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of hemocoagulase in radical operation for gastric cancer.Methods We analyzed sixty patients of gastric cancer retrospectively,they were randomly divided into hemocoagulasc group and control group,patients in hemocoagulasc group received hemocoagulase,2 U,iv 30 min before operation and 2U（1U,iv and im） in dl,d2,d3 after operation respectively.In control group,hemocoagulase was not used and only normal saline was given to patients.Results The indexes,including hemoststic time,blood loss perunit area,and total drainage volume,in hemocoagulase group were less than in control group（P〈0.05）.There was no difference in function of blood coagulation between pre-and post-operation in two groups.Conclusion Hemocoagulase is effective in preventing and treating bleeding during and after radical operation for gastric cancer and has no difference in function of blood coagulation.
