清开灵对急性酒精中毒患者血浆β-EP、SOD、MDA的影响

摘    要:目的探讨清开灵注射液对急性酒精中毒患者血浆β-EP、SOD、MDA的影响。方法将符合入选标准的100例患者随机分为清开灵注射液治疗组(治疗组)和纳洛酮治疗(对照组),记录患者清醒时间、症状消失时间,以及测定治疗前和治疗后5h血浆β-EP、SOD、MDA的水平。结果治疗组与对照组的清醒时间、症状消失时间比较差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05);两组血浆β-EP、SOD、MDA水平治疗后与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01);治疗后,血浆β-EP水平两组比较差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05),血浆SOD、MDA水平两组比较差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01和P〈0.05)。结论清开灵注射液具有显著的解酒作用,可作为急性酒精中毒的治疗药物。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Qingkailing injection on β-EP,SOD and MDA in serum of patients with acute alcohol intoxication. Methods There 100 acute alcohol intoxication cases were randomly divided into the treatment group (Qingkailing group)and the control group (Naloxone group).The time of regaining consciousness and that of alleviating symptom were noted .The level of β-EP,SOD and MDA in serum were measured before and 5h after treatment. Results The differences of time of regaining consciousness and alleviating symptom between two groups were not significant (P〉0.05). The difference of level of β-EP,SOD and MDA between two groups before and 5h after treatment were significant (P〈0.01). After treatment, and the differences of level of SOD and MDA between two groups were significant (P〈0.01 and P〈0.05). Conclusion Qingkailing injection has a significant effect on acute alcohol intoxication patients and it can be used in the clinical treatment.
