康夫丽尔（盐酸氯环利嗪）治疗过敏性皮肤病68例疗效观察

目的：观察康夫丽尔治疗过敏性皮肤病的疗效及安全性。方法：采用随机开放,平行对照的方法,以康夫丽尔治疗过敏性皮肤病68例作为治疗组,扑尔敏治疗过敏性皮肤病58例作为对照组进行对照观察。结果：治疗组第7天的痊愈率为72．06％,总有效率为100％,明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。3月后的复发率为2．94％,明显低于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：康夫丽尔作为治疗过敏性疾病的首选药物,起效快、疗效高,安全可靠,远期复发率低。

Observation of the Efficiency of Chlorcyclizini Hydrochloridi to Treat 68 Patients With Allergic Dermatitis

Objective To observe the efficiency and safty of chlorcyclizini hydrochloridi to treat patients with allergic dermatitis. Methods Assuming the method of open at random,comparison in parallel.Using chlorcyclizini hydro chloridi to treat 68 patients as the therapeutic group compared with the control group using clorpheniramine to treat 58 patients.Results The rate of recovery of the therapeutic group was 72.06% and the rate of the total efficiecy was 100% on the seventh day,which had significant difference to that of the control group( P <0.05).The rate of the relapse after 3 months was 2.94%,which significantly lower than the control group( P <0.01).Conclusion Chlorcyclizini hydrochloridi is rapid and high effective to treat patients with allergic dermatitis,and it is safe,reliable and has low relapse.
