胰腺癌手术治疗的影像学判读

胰腺癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,临床表现无特异性,与胰腺其他疾病常难鉴别,易致漏诊、误诊或延误诊断,因此,提高对胰腺癌的认识及诊断水平十分必要。目前诊断胰腺癌主要方法包括内镜超声、多排螺旋CT、磁共振等,胰腺癌在影像学上主要表现为肿块,胰管、胆总管、肝内胆管扩张,邻近脏器受累及转移等。临床医师应根据患者的具体情况,选择合理的影像学检查方法并判读影像学资料,正确判断患者预后,制订合理的手术方案。

Imaging Interpretation of Surgical Treatment for Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies.It is difficult to differentiate other pancreatic lesions of because of the absence of specific clinical features.Therefore,misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis is often appearing.It is necessary to improve the understanding and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.At present,the main diagnostic tools of pancreatic cancer include endoscopic ultrasonography,multi-slice spiral CT,and magnetic resonance imaging.Pancreatic cancer manifests on imaging studies mainly as mass,dilatation of pancreatic duct,common bile duct and intrahepatic bile duct,and adjacent organ involvement and metastasis,based on the specific profiles of patients.Clinicians should select reasonable imaging methods,to determine the prognosis of patients and develop a reasonable surgical plan.
