四环项目链教学法在《中医内科学》教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨四环项目链教学法在《中医内科学》中的教学效果。方法:以2012级、2013级、2014级3年制临床、康复、中西医结合专业的学生为观察对象,其中2012级390人,随机分为观察组193人,对照组197人;2013级390人,随机分为观察组194人,对照组196人;2014级421人,随机分为观察组212人,对照组209人。对照组给予传统教学法。观察组给予四环项目链教学法。结果:在期末考核成绩、同行评价、学生评教等面观察组均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:四环项目链教学法是一种适应《中医内科学》教学的教学方法。

Application of Four-linked Project Chain Teaching Method to the Teaching of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of four-linked project chain teaching method in the teaching of internalmedicineoftraditionalChinesemedicine. Methods: The students majored in clinic, the rehabilitation and in-tegrative medicine in the grades of 2012, 2013 and 2014 were chosen as the subjects, among them, there were 390 students in the grade of 2012, and they were randomized into 193 cases of the observation group and 197 cases of the control group; 390 students in the grade of 2013, who were randomized into 194 cases of the observation group and 196 cases of the control group; 421 students in the grade of 2014, randomized into 212 cases of the observation group and 209 cases of the control group. The control group accepted traditional teaching method and the observa-tion group four-linked project chain teaching method. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in final scores, peer assessment, students evaluating the teaching and others(P<0.05). Conclusion: Four-linked project chain teaching method is appropriate for the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
