髋关节置换术患者早期户外活动的康复效果分析

目的探讨早期户外活动对髋关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法将2011年8-10月进行髋关节置换术的患者60例根据病区分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组进行骨科术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行早期户外活动。比较两组患者术前1d和术后1d、1周、2周的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和骨钙蛋白(BGP)值、同时比较疼痛程度及切口愈合程度。结果术前1d和术后1d,两组患者血清ALP、BGP、疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1～2周,两组患者的上述指标及切口愈合程度比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论早期户外活动能有效提高髋关节置换术后患者的康复效果。

Analysis on Rehabilitation Effect of Early Outdoor Activities after Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To explore the effect of early outdoor activities on patients underwent hip arthroplasty.Methods From August to October 2011,60 patients underwent hip arthroplasty were divided into experimental group（n=30,First orthopedic area） and control group（n=30,second orthopedic area）.The control group was given the routine care for postoperative orthopedics,while the control group were given early outdoor activities on the basis of routine care.Comparisons were conducted on serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,osteocalcin（BGP）,pain intensity and degree of wound healing one day before surgery,one day,one week and two weeks after surgery between the two groups.Results On one day before surgery and one day after surgery,there was no significant difference of ALP,BGP and pain levels between the experimental group and the control group（P〉0.05）,however there were significant differences ALP,BGP and wound healing levels in one week and two weeks after surgery（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of the early outdoor activities can improve rehabilitation effiect after hip arthroplasty.
