空降兵精索静脉曲张对血清性激素和抑制素B水平的影响

目的探讨空降兵不同程度的精索静脉曲张（varicocele,VC）对血清性激素睾酮（Testoserone,T）、促卵泡生成激素（follicular stimulating hormone,FSH）、促黄体生成激素（leuteinizing hormone,LH）]和抑制素B的影响。方法经体检诊断为VC患者80例,根据《生殖疾病诊断学》分为VCⅠ级组35例,VCⅡ级组27例,VCⅢ级组18例。测定各组患者静脉血血清性激素T、FSH、LH和抑制素B的水平,并与无精索精索静脉正常对照组（n=30）比较。结果除VCⅠ级组外,其他各组的血清性激素和抑制素B水平较对照组均有不同程度的下降。与VCⅡ组比较,VCⅠ级组和VCⅢ级组各指标水平具有统计学差异（P〈0.05或0.01）。结论空降兵精索静脉曲张的程度越严重,血清性激素T、FSH、LH和抑制素B水平下降越明显,对空降兵的生活及不育影响越明显,预防及早期发现、治疗对其具有重要意义。

Influence of Varicocele on Serum Sex Hormone and Serum Inhibin B Levles of Parachutists

Objective To investigate the effects of varicocele(VC) on serum sex hormone and serum inhibin B levels of Parachutists. Methods A total of 80 VC cases were diagnosed by physical examination and graded into groups VC Ⅰ(35 cases),VC Ⅱ(27 cases) and VC Ⅲ(18 cases),according to Reproductive Disease Diagnostics.The serum testosterone(T),follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),leuteinizing hormone(LH) and inhibin B levels of the patients were determined and compared with the normal healthy subjects. Results The serum sex hormone and inhibin B levels of VC patients except VCⅠ group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Compared with VCⅡ group,these index levels VCⅠ and VCⅢ groups were significantly different(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The more serious the VC degree,the more obvious reduction the levels of serum sex hormone and inhibin B and the more obvious effect on the life and fertility of the parachutists.Prevention,early detection and effective treatment of varicocele is important for their training and daily life.
