改良蝶形胶布固定法对经口气管插管固定的效果评价

目的探讨经口气管插管安全、舒适、有效的固定方法。方法方便性抽样选取2010年5月至2011年11月在长海医院急诊科行经口气管插管患者64例,随机分成两组,分别采用传统蝶形胶布固定法(传统组)和改良蝶形胶布固定法(改良组)。观察两组患者在插管后气管插管移位情况、患者舒适度以及皮肤黏膜并发症发生率的差别。结果改良组在气管插管移位、皮肤黏膜并发症发生率等方面低于传统组,舒适度优于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论经口气管插管非口角处交叉蝶形胶布固定法明显优于传统蝶形胶布交叉固定法,可在临床护理中推广应用。

Effects Evaluation of Two Fixations of Butterfly-Shaped Adhesive for Oral Endotracheal Intubation

Objective To investigate a safe,comfort and effective method of fixation for oral endotracheal intubation.Methods From May 2010 to November 2011,64 patients underwent orotracheal intubation were randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B.The traditional fixation of butterfly-shaped adhesive for fixation was adopted in group A,and the improved fixation of butterfly-shaped adhesive for fixation was adopted in group B.The incidence of displacement,degree of comfort and incidence of skin complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of displacement and incidence of skin complications were significantly lower in group A than which in group B;the degree of comfort of group A was superior to that in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The improved fixed method is more effective in oral endotracheal intubation compared with the traditional fixed method,which is worth of being promoted in the clinical nursing practice.
