高压氧舱内呼吸机使用效果及护理

摘    要:目的观察高压氧舱内呼吸机使用效果及其护理要点。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年6月在海军总医院高压氧科接受高压氧并行呼吸机治疗的22例患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用大型空气加压舱治疗,压力为2.0MPa,加压15min;2次稳压,30min/次,中间间隔5min;减压20min。其中18例患者在稳压过程中2次使用呼吸机给氧30min,中间间隔5min停止呼吸机给氧,改吸舱内空气;4例患者在加压、稳压、减压过程中持续使用呼吸机。结果本组22例患者治愈10例、好转6例、无效5例、死亡1例。结论高压氧舱内呼吸机的使用成功实现了高压氧治疗与机械通气的结合,是增加脑复苏成功率的有效治疗方法。护士熟练掌握舱内呼吸机的操作方法,是顺利完成整个治疗过程的保证。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of respirators in hyperbaric oxygen chamber and to summarize the nursing points. Methods The clinical data of 22 patients who required respirators from January 2009 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. During the treatment, the large scale air pressure chamber was used in which the pressure was 2.0 Mpa. The pressure increasing process lasted for 15 min,the pressure stabilization process for 30 rain (twice,with 5 rain as a interval) and the pressure decreasing process for 20 min. Oxygen was supplied to 18 patients by using respirators (30min,twice,with 5 rain as a interval and then breathe the air in the chamber) in the pressure stabilization process;4 patient used respirators all through the process of pressure increasing,pressure stabilization and pressure decreasing. Results Of the 22 patients, 10 were recovered, 6 better,5 without no progress and 1 died. Conclusion The combination of the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen and mechanical ventilation is achieved by using respirator in hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which is an effective method of enhancing the success rate of brain recovery. In the process of treatment, nurses are required to master the manipulation methods proficiently to ensure a successful treatment.
