推拿结合现代康复训练对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

目的探讨推拿结合现代康复训练对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响。方法方便性抽样选择2010年6月至2011年3月间入住山东中医药大学第二附属医院脑病科的急性脑卒中患者100例,按所在病房分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组接受常规康复训练,观察组给予推拿加康复训练。分别在入组时和治疗后3、6个月采用临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(neuro-logical dicifit score,NDS)评价神经功能缺损程度、改良Barthel指数量表(modified barthel index,MBI)评价日常生活活动能力、健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评价生活质量,并进行统计分析。结果两组患者在入组时NDS、MBI、SF-36评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在治疗后3、6个月NDS、MBI、SF-36评分与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组内各指标各次评定之间差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组SF-36心理健康领域指标各次评定之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推拿结合现代康复训练能有效改善脑卒中患者的预后,促进患者的功能恢复,改善生理健康和心理健康,提高患者的生活质量,效果明显优于单纯的康复训练,值得在临床推广应用。

Effects of Massage Combined with Modern Rehabilitation on Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of massage combined with modern rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods Using convenience sampling, 100 patients in the hospital from June 2010 to March 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group. The control group received rehabilitation training and the observation group re- ceived massage and rehabilitation training. The neural function defect, the daily life activities ability and the quality of life were evaluated with neurological defect score （NDS）, modified Barthel index（ MBI） and the MOS item short from health survey （SF-36） respectively when they entered into the group,after three months＇ treatment, and after six months＇ treatment. The outcomes were analyzed statistically. Results There was no significant difference on NDS, MBI and SF-36 scores between the two groups when the pa- tients entered the groups（P〉0.05）. However,significant differences were observed on NDS,MBI and SF- 36 scores between the two groups after three months＇ treatment and after six months＇ treatment （P〈 0.01）. Significant comparative differences were also observed on the evaluation items in the observation group（P〈0.01）. While no significant comparative differences were observed on the psychological health items of SF-36 of the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Massage combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients with cerebral apoplexy function,improve patient physical and mental health, and improve the quality of life of the patients. The effect of the combined treatment is superior to that of the rehabilitation training alone, which is worthy of clinical application.
