Pim-3在肺癌组织中的表达

目的探讨Pim-3在肺腺癌A549细胞系和肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测Pim-3蛋白在肺癌细胞系、不同类型肺癌组织和非肺癌支气管肺组织中的表达,分析组间差异。结果 Pim-3蛋白在肺癌细胞系和不同类型肺癌组织中阳性表达率均为100%,而癌周组织未见明显阳性表达;在正常支气管肺组织中,未见阳性表达;不同类型肺癌组织阳性表达率无统计学差异。结论 Pim-3蛋白有可能成为新的肺癌标志物。

Expression of Pim-3 in Lung Cancer Tissues

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical implication of Pim-3 in lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell lines and lung cancer tissues.Methods Expressions of Pim-3 in the lung cancer cell lines,in the tissues with different types of lung cancers and in the non-cancer bronchial and pulmonary tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry.Difference among these groups was analysed.Results The positive expression rates of Pim-3 protein in lung cancer cell lines and different types of lung cancers were 100%.No obvious positive expression was observed in the paracarcinoma tissues.No expression was observed in normal pulmonary tissues.There was no significant difference among positive expression rates of Pim-3 in the tissues with different types of lung cancers.Conclusion Pim-3 is potentially a new marker for the occurrence of lung cancer.
