军队医院远程会诊实施中的问题与对策

目的分析军队医院远程会诊现状,探讨其完善对策,促进军队医院远程会诊工作的健康运行,提升对驻边远地区官兵的医疗服务水平。方法文献分析与实践回顾。结果目前,军队医院远程会诊实施中的主要问题为：不同等级医院及医患双方对远程会诊认识的不对等;远程医学专业建设不完善;远程医疗行为职责范围不明晰。提升军队医院远程会诊质量的对策为：研发远程会诊相关软硬件设施;加强远程医学人才队伍建设;强化远程会诊的宣教工作;构建行之有效的制度规范与奖惩机制。结论提升对军队医院远程会诊重要意义的认识,加强与远程会诊质量需求相匹配的专业人才培养与队伍建设,对提高军队医院远程会诊的诊疗水平具有积极的作用。

Problems and Countermeasures of Military Hospital Teleconsultation Practice

Objective To analyse the current status of military hospital teleconsultation,explore the countermeasures,promote the standard of military hospital teleconsultation,and improve the medical service level for the military men stationing in backcountries.Methods Literature analysis and practice review was performed.Results The main problems of current military hospital teleconsultation included the mismatch of the knowledge of different grades of hospitals and doctor-patient on teleconsultation,imperfect construction of teleconsultation discipline,and unclear responsibility for teleconsultation performance.The countermeasures included researching the corresponding software and hardware,strengthening the talent team cultivation,focusing on the propaganda and education of teleconsultation and establishing available discipline and rewards and punishments mechanism.Conclusion Premoting the consciousness of the significance of military hospital teleconsultation,and strengthening the professional cultivation and talent team construction corresponding to the requirement of the teleconsultation quality have positive effect to improve the service standard of military hospital teleconsultation.
