Connotation and Measures to Improve Hospital Leadership of Military Small and Medium - sized Hospitals

There are many pressures and challenges for the military small and medium-sized hospitals development,so whether the hospitals can overcome difficulties and achieve all-round,healthy,rapid and sustainable development depends on the hospital leadership highly.In this article the author discussed the value to improve the hospital leadership and also stated the definition and connotation of the hospital leadership.Meanwhile,four measures to improve the hospital leadership were put forward as studying,practicing,self-reflecting and cooperating.
