原发性肝癌患者生存质量的影响因素及护理干预

目的探讨原发性肝癌患者生存质量及其影响因素,为采取有效的护理措施提供依据。方法方便性抽样选取2011年4月至2012年1月在第二军医大学附属东方肝胆外科医院住院并确诊为肝癌的患者95例,采用肝癌患者生存质量测评表进行调查分析。结果本组肝癌患者的生存质量总评分为(140.28±15.55)分,主要影响因素有居住地、配偶健康状况、肿瘤复发、临床分期、家庭经济、文化程度。结论应根据患者的具体情况,采取积极的有针对性的干预措施,以提高其生存质量。

Influencing Factors and Nursing Intervention of Quality of Life of Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

Objective To explore the quality of life（QOL） of patients with primary liver cancer and its influencing factors, so as to provide the evidence for effective nursing intervention. Methods From April 2011 to January 2012,95 inpatients who were diagnosed as having primary liver cancer were surveyed with evaluation scale for quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer. Results The total score of QOL for patients with primary liver cancer was 140.28± 15.55 and the major influencing factors included place of residence, health status, the spouse of the main factors, tumor recurrence, clinical stage, family economics and education level. Conclusion More positive nursing interventions are suggested to improve patients＇ QOL based on the specific circumstances.
