龙藤筋骨片治疗老年骨质增生性腰椎病疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨龙藤筋骨片治疗老年骨质增生性腰椎病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将212例老年骨质增生性腰椎病患者随机分为治疗组(口服龙藤筋骨片)和对照组(口服抗骨质增生胶囊),4周为1疗程。治疗前后分别检查血、尿常规和肝、肾功能。结果龙藤筋骨片治疗老年骨质增生性腰椎病的疗效优于抗骨增生胶囊(P〈0.05),在缓解临床症状、恢复功能活动方面疗效显著。服药前后检查的血、尿常规和肝肾功能均正常。结论龙藤筋骨片治疗老年骨质增生性腰椎病有较好疗效,安全无毒副作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Long-Teng Physique tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with lumbar vertebra hyperosteogeny.Methods A total of 212 elderly patients with lumbar vertebra hyperosteogeny were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,who were treated with Long-Teng Physique tablets or anti-bone hyperplasia capsules respectively for 4 weeks per course.The urine routine,liver and kidney function were examined before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy with respect to symptomatic relief and functional activity recovery was improved in the Long-Teng Physique tablets treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hepatic and renal functions between the two groups,as well as between pre-treatment and post-treatment.Conclusion Long-Teng Physique tablets exhibits safety and efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with lumbar vertebra hyperosteogeny.
